We assessed the transcriptomic profile at the late stage on day 10 at the end of the ligature-induced periodontitis model through RNA-seq. Overall design: We used the ligated gingival samples from the Ifnar1-/- mice and WT mice. The gingival tissues approximating the ligature were collected and RNA-seq were performed at the end of ligature model on day 10 post-ligature placement.
本研究采用RNA测序(RNA-seq)技术,对结扎诱导性牙周炎模型造模第10天(即模型终末期)的转录组表达谱开展了检测分析。实验整体设计:本研究以Ifnar1基因敲除(Ifnar1-/-)小鼠与野生型(WT)小鼠的结扎侧牙龈组织为实验材料。于结扎丝线放置后第10天,即结扎诱导性牙周炎模型造模结束时,收集紧邻结扎位点的牙龈组织,随后进行RNA测序实验。
