Keloids are benign dermal tumors that arise from abnormal wound healing processes following skin lesions. Postoperative radiotherapy (PORT) is a clinically effective measure to reduce recurrence rates of keloid. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seg) to analyze the different of primary keloid fibroblasts treated with various radiation modalities. Overall design: Primary keloid fibroblasts isolated from patients and analyzed using scRNA-seq.

瘢痕疙瘩(Keloids)是一类良性真皮肿瘤,由皮肤损伤后异常的伤口愈合过程引发。术后放疗(Postoperative radiotherapy, PORT)是临床中降低瘢痕疙瘩复发率的有效干预手段。本研究采用单细胞RNA测序(scRNA-seq),分析了经不同辐射方式处理的原代瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞的表达差异。实验设计:从患者体内分离原代瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞,并通过单细胞RNA测序开展相关分析。
