干预措施：试验组应用近红外-吲哚菁绿成像系统（near infrared-indocyanine green imaging system）；对照组不使用该成像系统。主要结局指标：检出淋巴结数量及阳性率、吻合口灌注情况、吻合口漏、血管与组织结构导航。研究设计：非随机对照研究。
