Mouse gut microbiome following maternal fibre manipulation

Dietary fibre intake protects against the development of cardiovascular disease (CVD) through gut microbial metabolites. This study investigated the maternal and intergenerational effects of fibre intake and gut microbiota composition in CVD prevention.
