Manihot esculenta cultivar:T200 and TME3 Raw sequence reads

The aim of this study was to identify small RNAs in Manihot esculenta (cassava). Newly developing leaf samples were collected from two different cassava landraces, T200 and TME3, over three time points. RNA was extracted and small RNA was filtered using the Ambion mirVana kit. The cDNA libraries were sent to LGC Genomics and sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq2000 platform. The resulting NGS data was used to identify small RNAs including microRNAs.

本研究旨在鉴定木薯（Manihot esculenta）中的小分子RNA（small RNAs）。研究人员从两个不同的木薯地方品种T200与TME3的三个时间节点采集新生发育叶片样本；随后提取总核糖核酸（RNA），并采用Ambion mirVana试剂盒对小分子RNA进行分离纯化；接着构建互补DNA（cDNA）文库，将其送至LGC Genomics公司，依托Illumina HiSeq2000测序平台完成高通量测序；最终利用所得下一代测序（Next Generation Sequencing, NGS）数据，鉴定包括微小RNA（microRNAs）在内的各类小分子RNA。
