Induction of human regulatory innate lymphoid cells from group 2 innate lymphoid cells by retinoic acid

本研究旨在明确经视黄酸（Retinoic Acid，RA）从2型固有淋巴细胞（Group 2 Innate Lymphoid Cells，ILC2）中诱导产生的产白细胞介素10（Interleukin-10，IL-10）固有淋巴细胞的特征。研究发现，相较于IL-10阴性的固有淋巴细胞，产IL-10的固有淋巴细胞具有独特的特征。本研究同时对由ILC2诱导产生的IL-10阳性与IL-10阴性固有淋巴细胞的mRNA表达谱进行了分析。
