Displacement data for microtissue experiments performed for the manuscript "Estimation of active tension in cardiac microtissues by solving aPDE-constrained optimization problem". The data set contains displacement data for two experiments, recorded at control (no drugs) and subject to incremental doses (10 µM, 100 µM, 1000 µM) of omecamtiv mecarbil and Bay K8644. Each dose contains recording of displacement in each point, for an representative average beat. The data set also contains the meshes used in the optimization. The data can be used as input for inverse estimation of active tension using the software published here: https://zenodo.org/records/14720917 Original image recordings not published in full due to restrictions on publishing commercial data, as well as to keep the data set reasonably small.

本数据集对应论文《通过求解偏微分方程(Partial Differential Equation, PDE)约束优化问题估算心肌微组织主动张力》中所开展的微组织实验位移数据。 本数据集包含两项实验的位移数据,分别采集自对照组(未施加药物)以及施加递增剂量(10 μM、100 μM、1000 μM)的奥马卡替夫(omecamtiv mecarbil)与Bay K8644后的样本。每个剂量组均记录了代表性平均搏动周期内各测点的位移数据。此外,数据集还包含优化过程中使用的网格模型。 本数据集可作为输入数据,用于通过该公开软件开展主动张力的反演估算,该软件的发布地址为:https://zenodo.org/records/14720917。 由于商业数据出版限制,同时为保持数据集规模合理,完整的原始图像录制数据未随本数据集一并公开。
