We employed bulk RNA sequencing to interrogate the consequence of murine conditional BRD4 deletion in microdissectted E9.5 cardiac and surrounding tissues. Overall design: Bulk transcriptional analysis of developing cardiac and surroudning structures in E9.5 mouse embryos following conditional deletion of BRD4 in Isl1-expressing cells.

本研究采用批量RNA测序(bulk RNA sequencing)技术,探究经显微切割获取的小鼠胚胎发育第9.5天(E9.5)心脏及周围组织中,条件性溴结构域蛋白4(BRD4)基因敲除所产生的生物学效应。 整体实验设计:对在表达Isl1的细胞中条件性敲除BRD4基因后的E9.5小鼠胚胎的发育中心脏及周围结构开展批量转录组分析。
