Data generated from 3D image of Lycopodicaulis oellgaardii (PB 23753) from the Early Cretaceous of Inner Mongolia (see Herrera et al. 2022).
Lycopod_Reconstructed micro-CT_TIFF Stack.zip: TIFF stack of reconstructed micro-CT scan of PB 23753. Synchrotron imaging performed at beamline 8.3.2 of the Advanced Light Source, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
Lycopod_scaleinmicrons.hx: Avizo project of micro-CT scan of specimen PB 23753.
Lycopod_3D model.mb: Simplified 3D model of specimen PB 23753. Created by exporting simplified meshes of specimen from Avizo which were then cleaned in Meshlab and rendered using Autodesk Maya.
Lycopod.obj: 3D object files of segmented specimen PB 23753. Mesh created in Avizo and edited in Meshlab.
