Bacterial activity and community in in Danish commercial marine Atlantic salmon recirculating aquaculture system

To elucidate the role of microbial communities and the importance of microbial activity for eventually accessing and evaluating RAS, the current trail was conducted to describe spatial and temporal bacterial community and activity changes associated in two independent commercial marine Atlantic salmon RAS.
