Intestinal microbiota and breast milk microbiota in exclusively breast-fed infants with functional constipation

To analyse the intestinal microbiota and breast milk microbiota of exclusively breast-fed infants with functional constipation (FC) based on high-throughput sequencing, and explore the relationship between the two kinds of microbiota and functional constipation in infants.

本研究旨在通过高通量测序（high-throughput sequencing）技术，分析罹患功能性便秘（functional constipation, FC）的纯母乳喂养婴儿的肠道菌群与母乳菌群，并探究上述两类菌群与婴儿功能性便秘之间的关联。
