We have demonstrated that ELK4 promted progression and tumorigenesis in colorectal cancer. In order to elucidate the transcriptional regulation mechanism of ELK4 in colorectal cancer, RNA-seq analysis was performed on ELK4 knockdown and control HCT116 cells. Overall design: HCT116 cells with ELK4 stable knockdown were generated by three independent shRNAs.

本研究已证实ELK4(ELK4)可促进结直肠癌的进展与肿瘤发生。为阐明ELK4在结直肠癌中的转录调控机制,本研究对ELK4敲低组与对照组HCT116细胞开展了RNA测序(RNA-seq)分析。实验整体设计:通过3条独立的短发卡RNA(shRNAs)构建得到ELK4稳定敲低的HCT116细胞。
