Cancer Specific Transcriptomic Signature (CATS) evaluation data

Cancer Specific Transcriptomic Signature (CATS) tool (https://github.com/hannenhalli-lab/CATS) has been evaluated on 14 hallmarks from cancerSEA and 23 cancer Types from TCGA.
