Primates density analysis - hierarchical modelling

The dataset includes: data on three species of arboreal primates of the Udzungwa Mountains of Tanzania, that were collected along line transects, following the standardized distance sampling approach; covariates regarding arboreal vegetation and disturbance parameters that were recorded establishing four vegetation plots, 25x25 m, centered along each transect.
