Raw LC-MS/MS data for the characterization of phosphonolipids from a Mytilus galloprovincialis lipid extract

This dataset contains the raw high-resolution LC–MS/MS files obtained for the characterization of phosphonolipids, namely identification of ceramide aminoethylphosphonate (CAEP) species, in a lipid extract fraction from Mytilus galloprovincialis. The dataset includes: • Blank_1.raw – solvent blank acquired under the same chromatographic and mass spectrometric conditions. • MgPhn_2.raw – phosphonolipid-enriched lipid extract fraction from Mytilus galloprovincialis.
