Patients' Experiences with the Health Reform Free Choice of Provider Treatment Reform, 2020

"Patients' Experiences with the Health Reform Free Choice of Provider Treatment Reform, 2020" is a qualitative sub-study of the national evaluation of free choice of provider treatment reform (FBV). The data consists of qualitative interviews with patients, health personnel, as well as patient advisers at Helsenorge's service "Select Treatment Place" with the intention of gathering preliminary experiences with the reform. In particular, the interviews focused on patients' experience of freedom of choice, whether they perceived variations in practice / treatment options or prioritization of patients between different treatment sites of different actors (public, private with tender agreement and private with HELFO approval), and obstacles in implementation and use of the reform.

《2020年医疗机构自由选择就医改革患者体验》是全国性医疗机构自由选择就医改革（Free Choice of Provider Treatment Reform，简称FBV）评估项目的定性子研究。该数据集包含针对患者、医护人员以及Helsenorge旗下「诊疗地点选择服务」的患者顾问所开展的定性访谈内容，旨在收集该改革的初步实施体验。访谈重点聚焦于患者对就医自由选择权的切身感受、是否察觉到不同运营主体（公立医疗机构、中标合作私立医疗机构及获HELFO批准的私立医疗机构）旗下不同诊疗机构间的诊疗实践与诊疗选项差异，或是不同机构间的患者优先级划分情况，以及改革落地与使用过程中存在的各类阻碍。
