Spatial transcriptome analysis for placental tissue of preeclampsia

Preeclampsia (PE) is a major pregnancy complication leading to maternal and neonatal mortality. To investigate the spatial gene expression profile of preeclampsia, we performed the Visium FFPE spatial transcriptome analysis. Overall design: We used formalin-fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissues of preeclampsia and normal placenta. Accoriding to the Visium FFPE protocol, the spatial transcriptome analysis was conducted by CyberomiX (Kyoto, Japan).

子痫前期（Preeclampsia, PE）是一类可引发孕产妇与新生儿死亡的主要妊娠并发症。为探究子痫前期的空间基因表达谱，我们开展了Visium FFPE空间转录组分析。实验设计概述：我们采用了子痫前期胎盘与正常胎盘的福尔马林固定石蜡包埋（formalin-fixed paraffin embedded, FFPE）组织样本。依照Visium FFPE实验流程，空间转录组分析由位于日本京都的CyberomiX公司完成。
