Test .Fastq Files

The following files are sets of raw fastq sequences to be used to follow along with tutorials in various github repos. Contents (last updated 04-28-2018) test_fastq_small.zip - set of 4 test samples (R1 and R2) with 800 sequences each. Commands in steps below use Test01 from this dataset. test_fastq_large.zip - full set of raw sequences (R1 and R2 per sample) to provide the opportunity to run the below tutorial with a full dataset.以下文件为原始FASTQ（fastq）序列集，可用于对照各类GitHub仓库中的教程开展实操演练。 内容说明（最后更新于2018年4月28日） test_fastq_small.zip：包含4组测试样本（R1与R2），每组含800条序列。下文步骤中的命令将使用该数据集中的Test01样本。 test_fastq_large.zip：完整的原始序列集（每个样本对应R1与R2双端序列），可使用完整数据集完成下文教程的全流程实操。
