Taklamakan Desert Nocturnal Surface-Layer Turbulence after Removing Submesoscale Motion

The observation data in this study are from Tazhong West Station, including high-frequency (0.1-second sampling interval) 3-D wind velocity and air temperature data at 3 m above ground, as well as low-frequency (1-minute sampling interval) 2-D wind velocity and air temperature data at 0.5, 2, 4 m above ground respectively, and barometric data at 1.5 m. we investigated the observation data from June 29 to July 30, 2021, from 22:00 to 07:00 local time, with missing data on July 16, 17, and 18. The original datasets are categorized into three groups: LD (long duration), MD (medium duration), and SD (short duration). Additionally, we have reconstructed datasets with submesoscale motions removed, denoted as LD-r (reconstructed LD), MD-r (reconstructed MD), and SD-r (reconstructed SD).本研究的观测数据源自塔中西站（Tazhong West Station），包含以下多组观测资料：采样间隔为0.1秒的高频（high-frequency）三维风速（3-D wind velocity）数据，以及离地3米处的气温观测数据；采样间隔为1分钟的低频（low-frequency）二维风速（2-D wind velocity）数据，分别对应离地0.5米、2米、4米高度的气温数据，同时包含离地1.5米处的气压数据（barometric data）。本次研究分析的观测数据时段为2021年6月29日至7月30日的当地时间22:00至次日07:00，其中2021年7月16日、17日及18日存在数据缺失情况。原始数据集分为三组：长时程数据集（LD，long duration）、中时程数据集（MD，medium duration）与短时程数据集（SD，short duration）。此外，本研究还构建了剔除次中尺度运动（submesoscale motions）后的重构数据集，分别记为LD-r（重构长时程数据集，reconstructed LD）、MD-r（重构中时程数据集，reconstructed MD）与SD-r（重构短时程数据集，reconstructed SD）。
