The three-color tier helps doctors and hospitals quickly identify the patient's management status to formulate corresponding policies and plans.
1. Data Source: According to hypertension management guidelines, daily detection data from the testing equipment used by frontline medical staff in hospital chronic disease management software is collected.
2. Data Processing:
- Blood Pressure Management Value (BPV): BPV=1 when diastolic blood pressure ≥140 mmHg or systolic blood pressure ≥90 mmHg; BPV=2 when diastolic blood pressure ≥160 mmHg or systolic blood pressure ≥100 mmHg; BPV=3 when diastolic blood pressure ≥180 mmHg or systolic blood pressure ≥110 mmHg; BPV=0 for other cases.
