Meta data for Multiple Sequence Alignment of Influenza Hemagglutinin Protein Sequences

The NCBI influenza virus resource was used to download 11,981 full-length, non-redundant Influenza hemagglutinin protein sequences (August 2011). 本研究依托美国国家生物技术信息中心（NCBI）流感病毒资源库，于2011年8月下载得到11981条全长、非冗余的流感血凝素（Influenza hemagglutinin）蛋白序列。采用MUSCLE多重序列比对工具对同源序列进行多序列比对，并将比对结果以MSF格式存储。参考数据集信息：Roca AI等撰写的《ProfileGrids解决大规模比对可视化难题：以流感血凝素为例》一文已提交待刊。
