Functional and Mobile Genetic Element Profiling Dataset of Providencia manganoxydans Strains

This dataset presents the initial Functional and Mobile Element Profiling of Providencia manganoxydans strains isolated from shrimp. These bacteria exhibit the unique ability to oxidize soluble manganese [Mn(II)] to its insoluble form [Mn(IV)], thereby contributing to the detoxification of manganese-rich environments typically found in intensive aquaculture systems.
