Multiomics of Legionella pneumophila in water matrices

These genomes are from environmental strains of l. pneumophila that were associated with a location of an outbreak (Flint, MI or Quincy, IL). There are 3 serogroup 1 strains and 1 serogroup 6 strain.We also sequenced our lab strain, 130B.

本数据集所包含的基因组序列均分离自与暴发疫情相关的嗜肺军团菌（Legionella pneumophila）环境菌株，所涉暴发地点为美国密歇根州弗林特市（Flint, MI）与伊利诺伊州昆西市（Quincy, IL）。该数据集包含3株血清群（serogroup）1型菌株与1株血清群6型菌株。此外，我们还对实验室菌株130B完成了全基因组测序。
