RNA-Seq data of 28 HPV-negative HNSCC specimens from patients treated at the Netherlands Cancer Institute (Amsterdam), VU Medical Centre (Amsterdam) or MAASTRO Clinic (Maastricht) in The Netherlands. HNSCC biopsy samples were obtained prior to treatment (chemo-radiotherapy) for the prospective study within the DESIGN project and used for polyA mRNA sequencing.EGA dataset EGAD00001005722

本数据集包含28例HPV（Human Papillomavirus）阴性头颈部鳞状细胞癌（Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma, HNSCC）标本的RNA测序（RNA-Seq）数据，这些标本来自荷兰阿姆斯特丹荷兰癌症研究所、阿姆斯特丹自由大学医学中心以及马斯特里赫特MAASTRO诊所收治的患者。
