GZR data on undeclared work 2020 — decisions on fines pursuant to Section 16(1) and (2) of the AÜG — Legal entities — Business sectors

With the overview “GZR data on undeclared work 2020”, the Federal Office of Justice presents the result of evaluations of the fines for administrative offences in the area of undeclared work entered in the sub-registers on natural persons and legal persons and associations of persons in the commercial central register in 2020. The data set shows all fine decisions against legal persons who were entered in the commercial central register in the evaluation year pursuant to Section 16(1) to (2) of the Workers’ Transfer Act (AÜG). The registrations are differentiated by industry.本数据集以《2020年未申报用工（undeclared work）GZR数据集》为总览，联邦司法事务办公室（Federal Office of Justice）发布了针对2020年录入商业中央登记簿（commercial central register）下设的自然人（natural persons）、法人（legal persons）及法人团体（associations of persons）附属登记簿的未申报用工领域行政违法罚款的评估结果。本数据集涵盖评估年度内，依据《工人调动法》（Workers’ Transfer Act, AÜG）第16条第1款至第2款规定，已在商业中央登记簿完成登记的法人所涉及的全部罚款决定。登记信息按行业类别进行了区分。
