Neohesperidin dihydrochalcone (NHDC), a bicyclic flavonoid compound, has many important physiological functions. Intestinal microbial community composition is closely related to metabolic diseases such as diabetes. Studies have confirmed that the intestinal flora of patients with diabetes is dysfunctional, and the diversity and abundance of intestinal flora are decreased. In this study, 16S rDNA sequencing method was used to analyze the intestinal microbial community structure of each zebrafish treatment group, compare the intestinal community structure and diversity, explore whether NHDC can alleviate insulin resistance by regulating intestinal microecology, and identify the key changing bacteria.
新橙皮苷二氢查尔酮(Neohesperidin dihydrochalcone, NHDC)作为一种双环类黄酮化合物,具备多项重要生理活性功能。肠道微生物群落组成与糖尿病等代谢性疾病密切相关。已有研究证实,糖尿病患者的肠道菌群存在功能失调,其肠道菌群的多样性与丰度均出现下降。本研究采用16S rDNA测序技术,对各斑马鱼处理组的肠道微生物群落结构展开分析,对比各组肠道群落结构与多样性,探究新橙皮苷二氢查尔酮能否通过调节肠道微生态缓解胰岛素抵抗,并鉴定出关键变化菌群。
