EMG produced TPA metagenomics assembly of PRJNA789467 data set (Disentangling the genetic basis of rhizosphere microbiome assembly in tomato (metagenomics part)).
The Third Party Annotation (TPA) assembly was derived from the primary whole genome shotgun (WGS) data set PRJNA789467, and was assembled with metaSPAdes v3.15.3. This project includes samples from th

Chlorella a genus of microalgae has gained attention as a biofertilizer due to its beneficial effects on Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria. This study evaluates the biostimulant effect of Chlorella liquid biofertilizer on Coriandrum sativum by analyzing microbial diversity in treated soil. Genomic DNA from soil samples is analyzed through 16S rRNA sequencing to assess microbial composition. The analysis reveals Acinetobacter rhizosphaerae and Pseudomonas fragi as dominant species with Acinetobacter rhizosphaerae comprising 25 percent of the total abundance and promoting plant growth. Other species like Brevundimonas vesicularis and Lysobacter brunescens are also identified highlighting the biofertilizers impact on soil microbial diversity.
