Additional file 1 Supplemental Table 1 - ZINB output file (spreadsheet, tab-separated format) containing results from Section 3.2 on comparison of a TnSeq library for M. tuberculosis H37Rv grown in-vitro versus in C57BL/6 mice. For each ORF in the genome, an analysis of the mean, NZ-mean, and saturation in each condition is given, along with p-value and adjusted p-value. Significantly varying genes are those with padj<0.05.
附加文件1 补充表1——零膨胀负二项分布(Zero-Inflated Negative Binomial, ZINB)输出文件(电子表格格式,制表符分隔),包含第3.2节中针对结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis, M. tuberculosis)H37Rv的转座子测序(Transposon Sequencing, TnSeq)文库分别在体外培养与C57BL/6小鼠体内培养的对比分析结果。针对基因组中的每个开放阅读框(Open Reading Frame, ORF),本文件给出了两种培养条件下的均值、非零均值(Non-Zero Mean, NZ-mean)以及饱和度分析结果,同时附带原始P值与校正后P值。差异显著的基因为校正后P值(padj)小于0.05的基因。
