Body weight - raw

This dataset was generated in an in vivo OECD TG 413 90-days nose-only inhalation study where Sprague Dawley rats were exposed of either aerosols of the mentholated version of the tobacco heating system 2.2 (THS2.2M) or smoke of 2 two mentholated reference cigarettes (MRC(LM) and MRC(HM)) in comparison with 3R4F cigarette smoke. The study contains additional test groups that were examined following a systems toxicology approach (please refer to the study page for more detail on the study design). The weight of the animals was measured during the whole duration of the study. This dataset includes single measurements for each animal at different time points throughout the study.

本数据集源自一项符合经济合作与发展组织试验指南413（OECD TG 413）的90天鼻吸入暴露体内试验。试验以斯普拉格-道利大鼠（Sprague Dawley rats）为受试对象，分别暴露于烟草加热系统2.2薄荷醇版本（tobacco heating system 2.2, THS2.2M）产生的气溶胶、两款薄荷醇参比卷烟（MRC(LM)与MRC(HM)）的烟气，并以3R4F卷烟烟气作为对照。本研究设置了额外试验组，采用系统毒理学方法开展相关检测（试验设计的详细信息请参阅试验页面）。试验全程对受试动物的体重进行监测，本数据集包含试验周期内各时间点下每只动物的单次体重测量结果。
