Denitrifying bacterial communities associated with 9 urban lakes in China

Based on each sample of the 9 urban lakes in different areas of China, we not only studied Water quality parameters, but also explored denitrifying bacterial community diversity, principle component analysis (PCA) and operational taxonomic unit (OTU) number at 0.97 level and the reads and so on through Illumina Miseq sequencing data.

本数据集以中国不同区域的9座城市湖泊的各单个样本为研究基础，基于Illumina Miseq测序数据，不仅分析了水质参数，还探究了反硝化细菌群落多样性、主成分分析（Principal Component Analysis，PCA）、0.97相似度阈值下的操作分类单元（Operational Taxonomic Unit，OTU）数量以及序列读段（reads）等相关研究内容。
