Mock Metagenomic Dataset, Read 2, full set

40 M paired end reads were constructed from 25 reference microbial genomes (including associated plasmids). The reads were either left as paired ends or merged to form longer, continuous reads. The full datasets (either paired or merged) were digitally normalized. They are provided for the purpose of benchmarking assemblers, testing annotation procedures, etc. See table for details on full dataset.

4000万条双端测序读段（paired-end reads）由25个参考微生物基因组（包含其关联质粒）构建所得。这些读段既可保留原始双端格式，也可被拼接为更长的连续读段。完整数据集（涵盖双端形式与拼接形式）均经过数字化归一化处理。本数据集旨在用于基因组组装软件的性能基准测试、基因组注释流程验证等相关场景，完整数据集的详细信息请参见附表。
