This is a data set of academic staff of public universities of Ethiopia. It is collected through structured questionnaire. It has two parts, demographic variables and specific questions related with talent management, organizational commitment and organizational performance.本数据集收录埃塞俄比亚公立大学学术人员相关数据，通过结构化问卷采集所得。数据集包含两部分内容：一是人口统计学变量相关信息，二为与人才管理、组织承诺及组织绩效相关的专项问题。
