CLIP-seq of Csrp1 in mouse embryoid bodies of day 9

V6.5 mESCs over-expressing V5-tagged Csrp1 and wild-type mESCs were differentiated into embryoid bodies (EBs) and collected at day 9 for CLIP-seq. Two biologically independent replicates were prepared for V5-tagged Csrp1 and wild-type CLIP-seq. The two wild-type CLIP-seq samples were used as the negative control.

过表达V5标签Csrp1的V6.5小鼠胚胎干细胞（mESCs）与野生型小鼠胚胎干细胞被诱导分化为拟胚体（EBs），并于分化第9天收集样本用于紫外交联免疫沉淀测序（CLIP-seq）实验。本研究为V5标签Csrp1组与野生型组的CLIP-seq分别制备了两份独立生物学重复样本，其中两份野生型CLIP-seq样本被用作阴性对照。
