Quantitative and large-scale investigation of human TCR-HLA Cross-Reactivity

This dataset consists of two files: class1_df.csv and class2_df.csv. Collectively, they document 9 million TCR-HLA pairs exhibiting significant co-occurrence patterns identified across a mixed cohort of 1,603 samples. The class1_df.csv file contains TCRs associated with HLA class I alleles, while class2_df.csv records TCRs associated with HLA class II alleles.本数据集包含两个文件，分别为class1_df.csv与class2_df.csv。二者共同记录了900万条TCR-HLA（T细胞受体-人类白细胞抗原）配对，这些配对是在1603例混合队列样本中鉴定得到的具有显著共现模式的条目。其中class1_df.csv文件包含与HLA I类等位基因相关的TCR，而class2_df.csv则记录了与HLA II类等位基因相关的TCR。
