RNA-Seq of NPCs ZSWIM8 KO cell after ZIKV infection

To elucidate the mechanism restricting ZIKV infection in ZSWIM8-depleted NPCs, hNPC sgNC and ZSWIM8 KO cells were infected with ZIKV (MOI=1). After 24 h, cells were collected for RNA extraction and transcriptomic analysis.
