Perlecan (Trol.YFP) secondary screening

Confocal micrographs (TIFF image files) of Drosophila L3 fat body, corresponding to Fig. S2 in Ke et al., 2018. The compressed folder contains images for the wild type (WT_trolYFP.tif) and the Perlecan secondary screening of the 88 intracellular retention hits in the primary Collagen IV screening (gene symbol_trolYFP.tif). Apart from Perlecan (Trol.YFP) in green, plasma membrane is shown in red (myr.RFP) and nuclei in blue (DAPI). Images were acquired in a Zeiss LSM780 microscope with a 63x oil immersion objective.

本数据集包含果蝇（Drosophila）三龄幼虫脂肪体的共聚焦显微图像（文件格式为TIFF），对应Ke等人2018年发表文献中的补充图S2。该压缩包内包含两类图像：一类为野生型样本图像，文件名为「WT_trolYFP.tif」；另一类为针对首次Ⅳ型胶原（Collagen IV）筛选中获得的88个细胞内滞留阳性靶点、开展的串珠蛋白聚糖（Perlecan）二次筛选相关图像，此类图像的文件命名格式为「基因符号_trolYFP.tif」。图像标记方案如下：串珠蛋白聚糖（Perlecan，Trol.YFP标记）呈绿色，细胞膜以myr.RFP标记为红色，细胞核经DAPI染色呈蓝色。所有图像均通过蔡司（Zeiss）LSM780共聚焦显微镜采集，搭配63倍油浸物镜。
