Non-secretors are associated with shorter gestational lengths

We analysed the effect of secretor status in a large cohort of pregnant women with a range of pregnancy outcomes and interventions. We found that the non-secretors (with a characteristic microbial composition in the vagina in early pregnancy) was associated with shorter gestational lengths.

本研究针对涵盖多种妊娠结局与干预措施的大型孕妇队列，分析了分泌型状态(secretor status)对妊娠的影响。研究发现，非分泌型个体（在妊娠早期具有特征性阴道微生物组成）与更短的妊娠时长存在关联。
