Neonatal and Adult Human Intervertebral Disc scRNA-seq

We report the single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data for human neonatal and adult human intervertebral disc (IVD) scRNA-seq. We sequenced cells harvested from three IVDs of a neonatal baby and one IVD from an adult cadaver. Examining cell atlases and transcriptomes of neonatal human IVD and adult human IVD, and make comparison between them.

本研究报道了人类新生儿与成人椎间盘（intervertebral disc, IVD）的单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA-seq, scRNA-seq）数据集。本研究对采集自一名新生儿的3个椎间盘组织及1具成人尸体的1个椎间盘组织的细胞进行了测序，旨在解析人类新生儿椎间盘与成人椎间盘的细胞图谱及转录组，并对二者开展对比分析。
