The project includes soil bacterial samples collected in 2017 from the alpine grasslands of the Tibetan Plateau. The sampled plots were subjected to simulated nitrogen deposition experiments, which were divided into three gradients of low, medium and high nitrogen.

本项目涵盖2017年采集自青藏高原高寒草甸的土壤细菌样本。所选取的样地均开展了模拟氮沉降（simulated nitrogen deposition）实验，实验设置了低、中、高三个氮梯度水平。
