Transcriptome analysis of condensin II knockdown cells

Condensin complexes are highly conserved for chromosome compaction to ensure their faithful segregation in mitosis. Condensin II is present in the nucleus throughout the cell cycle, including interphase. The aim of these experiments is to investigate the changes of gene expression in knockdown of NCAPH2, a condensin II subunit, in mouse embryonic stem cells compared to their control cells. 凝缩蛋白（Condensin）复合物在染色体凝缩过程中高度保守，可确保染色体在有丝分裂中准确分离。凝缩蛋白II（Condensin II）在包括间期在内的整个细胞周期中均定位于细胞核内。本实验旨在探究小鼠胚胎干细胞中敲低凝缩蛋白II亚基NCAPH2后的基因表达变化，并与对照细胞进行对比。实验设计：通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）检测对照组与NCAPH2基因敲低细胞的基因表达情况。
