Single cell RNA sequencing analysis of sorted T and B cells following natural primary and secondary DENV infection

Viable T cells (CD3+ CD19-) and B cells (CD3- CD19+) were sorted from PBMC samples obtained from 6 individuals experiencing either natural primary or natural secondary DENV infection. Single cell RNA sequencing analysis was performed on 2-3 time points per subject Overall design: Single cell RNA sequencing analysis of 2-3 time points from 3 subjects experiencing a natural primary DENV infection and 3 subjects experiencing a natural secondary DENV infection

从6名罹患自然原发登革病毒（Dengue Virus, DENV）或自然继发登革病毒感染个体的外周血单个核细胞（Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cell, PBMC）样本中，分选获得存活的T细胞（CD3+ CD19-）与B细胞（CD3- CD19+）。针对每名受试者的2-3个时间点样本开展单细胞RNA测序分析。整体实验设计：对3名自然原发DENV感染受试者与3名自然继发DENV感染受试者的2-3个时间点样本开展单细胞RNA测序分析。
