Dataset from "A new genome assembly of the pea cultivar Cameor provides resources for functional genomics and genetics"

This dataset contains the second version of the genome assembly for Pisum sativum genotype "cameor". It also contains RNA-seq data counts and exome capture data recomputed on the second version of the genome.
