IODP Expedition 361 Magnetic susceptibility (whole round)

Magnetic susceptibility was measured on whole-round sections (and rarely section halves) on the Whole-Round Multisensor Logger (WRMSL) and/or Special Task Multisensor Logger (STMSL) using a Bartington MS2 meter and a 90 mm or 80 mm MS2C loop. As volume of the sample is not controlled for this experiment, susceptibility units are recorded in instrument units and are not volume-corrected.本实验采用巴灵顿MS2型磁化率仪，搭配90毫米或80毫米口径的MS2C感应线圈，借助全岩芯多传感器测井仪（Whole-Round Multisensor Logger，WRMSL）和/或专用任务多传感器测井仪（Special Task Multisensor Logger，STMSL），对整段岩芯样品（极少数情况下为半段岩芯样品）开展磁化率测量。由于本次实验未对样品体积进行管控，因此磁化率单位以仪器单位记录，未进行体积校正。
