综合运用多源卫星遥感影像及无人机航片、视频，围绕地表水利设施变化监测、河湖四乱监管等业务需求，建设水利遥感专题信息产品，为水利水资源监测相关业务提供技术支撑。

This dataset comprehensively utilizes multi-source satellite remote sensing imagery, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) aerial photographs and videos. Focusing on business requirements such as surface water conservancy facility change monitoring and supervision over the "four chaos" (illegal occupation, illegal mining, illegal piling and illegal construction) in rivers and lakes, it develops thematic information products for water conservancy remote sensing, thereby providing technical support for businesses related to water conservancy and water resources monitoring.
