GES-1 gastric epithelial cells were used for co-culturing with H.pylori with high and low Trx1 expression, and RNA sequencing was performed on the co-cultured cells to explore transcriptome differences between the two groups, so as to further explore the pathogenic mechanism of Trx1 in H.pylori. Overall design: Collecting the 12h co-cultured cell precipitation included GES-1 cells without H.pylori infection (NC group), GES-1 cells co-cultured with H.pylori with high Trx1 expression (HP Trx1 high expression group) and GES-1 cells co-cultured with H.pylori with low Trx1 expression (HP Trx1 low expression group)

本研究以GES-1胃上皮细胞(GES-1 gastric epithelial cells)为实验模型,与高、低硫氧还蛋白1(Trx1)表达的幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)进行共培养,随后对共培养细胞开展RNA测序,以探究两组间的转录组差异,进而深入剖析Trx1在幽门螺杆菌致病过程中的作用机制。实验整体设计如下:收集共培养12小时的细胞沉淀物,实验分组包含未感染幽门螺杆菌的GES-1细胞(NC组)、与高Trx1表达幽门螺杆菌共培养的GES-1细胞(HP Trx1高表达组),以及与低Trx1表达幽门螺杆菌共培养的GES-1细胞(HP Trx1低表达组)
