miRNAs are associated with various diseases by regulating the expression of their target genes. In this study, we investigated EV miRNA profiles of endometriosis. Overall design: Endometrium and ovarian endometrial cysts were collected from 5 patients with endometriosis. Moreover, normal endometrium was obtained from 5 patients without endometriosis. Total RNAs were extracted, and small RNA sequencing was performed.

微小RNA（miRNAs）可通过调控靶基因的表达与多种疾病相关。本研究针对子宫内膜异位症的细胞外囊泡微小RNA（Extracellular Vesicles，EV）谱展开了探究。整体实验设计：从5名子宫内膜异位症患者体内采集子宫内膜组织及卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿组织；同时从5名未患子宫内膜异位症的患者体内获取正常子宫内膜组织。随后提取总RNA，进行小RNA测序。
