Viral discovery in barramundi intestinal transcriptomes

The aim of this study was to conduct a metatranscriptomic bioinformatics analysis of barramundi transcriptomes to identify and characterise novel viruses in order to expand our current understanding of the barramundi virome.本研究旨在对尖吻鲈（barramundi）转录组开展宏转录组生物信息学分析，以识别并表征新型病毒，进而拓展当前对尖吻鲈病毒组的认知。
