Transcriptome Analysis of immune cells derived from IBD patients by using Next Generation Sequencing

We obtained transcriptome profiling (SAGE-seq) of immune cells purified from LPMC of IBD and non-IBD patients by using next generation sequencing. Overall design: Comparison of expression pfofiles in 2 cell types between IBD and non-IBD patients.

本研究采用下一代测序技术，获取了从炎症性肠病（IBD）与非炎症性肠病患者的肠固有层单核细胞（LPMC）中纯化的免疫细胞的SAGE-seq转录组谱数据。整体实验设计：对比IBD患者与非IBD患者体内2种细胞类型的基因表达谱。
