Question - Unlocking Engagement: Exploring the Drivers of Elderly Participation in Digital Backfeeding through Community Education

This survey aims to understand the relevant information and opinions on the factors that affect the elderly's participation in digital feedback. Taking community education as a breakthrough, we hope to find the impact of various factors of community education on the elderly's willingness to participate in digital feedback, and try to explore the mediating role of technical factors and psychological factors in it, in order to better design community education forms and aging-friendly digital products, maximize their value, help the elderly improve their willingness to access digital spirits, and get rid of the dilemma of digital refugees本调研旨在了解影响老年人参与数字化反馈（digital feedback）的相关因素及其相关观点。本研究以社区教育为切入点，旨在探明社区教育各维度因素对老年人参与数字化反馈意愿的影响效应，并尝试探究技术因素与心理因素在该路径中所发挥的中介作用，以期优化社区教育形式与适老化数字化产品设计，最大化其应用价值，助力老年人提升数字素养获取意愿，摆脱数字难民（digital refugees）的困境。
