We report changes of gene expression in migratory cortical interneurons derived from healthy control vs schizophrenia iPSCs by genome-wide transcriptome analysis. RNA sequencing analysis (bulk) of healthy control interneurons and schizophrenia interneurons. Five independent iPS lines per group (totally 10 iPSC lines) for migrated interneurons and three iPSC lines per group (totally 6 iPSC lines) for those that have not migrated.
本研究通过全基因组转录组分析,报道了健康对照组与精神分裂症患者诱导多能干细胞(induced pluripotent stem cells, iPSC)分化得到的迁移性皮层中间神经元的基因表达变化。对健康对照组及精神分裂症来源的中间神经元开展了批量(bulk)RNA测序分析。其中,已迁移中间神经元的样本每组设置5个独立iPSC系,共计10个iPSC系;未迁移中间神经元的样本每组设置3个独立iPSC系,共计6个iPSC系。
